Named after the breathtaking alpine valley near Mount Jefferson, Jefferson Park absolutely stole my heart last season. I was completely blown away by her beauty.
This light purple incurve has a richness and depth that feels almost velvety in the garden. The petals fold inward into a perfectly sculpted globe. When so much else is fading, she is just hitting her stride.
Strong, upright stems make her a dream for cutting. I recommend growing her as a disbud to let all that energy pour into one breathtaking bloom per stem, but I've done it both ways and either way she performs well. Jefferson Park is unforgettable — easily one of my favorites in the field.
