Heirloom Mums

Become a Chrysanthemum Keeper with Freedom Flowers

IMG_1831.JPEG

Mad About Mums

We grow and preserve heirloom chrysanthemums for Pacific Northwest gardens and cut flower growers. We also participate in the annual Chrysanthemum Show with the Evergreen Chrysanthemum Association each October, and sell  them to florists, designers and flower lovers alike while they are in full bloom. These beautiful and historic flowers are maintained through propagation by cuttings to ensure each plant remains genetically true to its original form. They are not grown from seed, but could be if you were curious about discovering your own varieties. We believe in their magic, and think everyone should grow Chrysanthemums in their gardens!

Mum Availability

For our 2026 spring plant sale, we are propagating approximately 30 heirloom varieties to share with our community.

Because each plant is started by hand, quantities are limited and some varieties will be offered in very small numbers. We hope to offer online pre-orders for rooted cuttings in 2027. You may preview the collection in our shop, varieties are being added weekly as we inventory our collection leading up to our April 10th online pre-sale at 10AM.
