HOW IT WORKS

SUBMIT ORDER FORM
Fill out the bulk event flower order form. We will do our best to meet all preferences, but cannot guarantee the availability of certain flowers due to things that are out of our control like the weather and seasonality. What we can promise if a specific type of flower requested is not available is a similar bloom in replacement.

SEND CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
You've approved your estimate, now it's time to sign the contract. Signing the contract means it's time to place the deposit of 25% order total. Once the deposit and signed contract are received, we will officially reserve that date on our calendar. Deposit is applied to final balance. Cash/Check preferred, card payments incur 5% processing fee.

SUBMIT BALANCE
Final payment is due upon pickup. Payment by cash/check is preferred. Payments made with card incur a 5% processing fee.

REVIEW ESTIMATE
Within seven days of your order, Tracy will reply with confirmation. Included will be an estimate for your bulk flower buckets based on the information you provided, as well as a contract. Any questions or revisions please let us know and we will update the estimate accordingly.

FINAL CHECK-IN
Tracy will check in one week before the event to arrange your pick-up window and provide directions to the farm. Flowers should be transported in a vehicle with AC with seats that fold down flat and cannot be transported in an open-bed pickup truck.

ARRANGE YOUR FLOWERS!
Flowers are prepped, ready and waiting for pick-up on specified date/time during your final check-in. Flowers will come in buckets of water. Once flowers are in your care, be sure to store them in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, and add extra water to the buckets as needed until ready to arrange.
